The MCO Masters Classic Concert "Along the River During the Qingming Festival: Soundscape" is a concert inspired by the classic painting "Along the River During the Qingming Festival." The painting depicts not just the river and the streets, but the rhythm of life and the myriad facets of human existence of an entire era. This performance attempts to transform the visuals into sound, using the strings, winds, and percussion of a Chinese Orchestra to portray boats on the water, crowds on the bridge, the clamor of the marketplace, and the distant view of the city gate.
