Let's Spin Together! Hsieh Kai-chen (謝愷宸) Solo Exhibition

This exhibition takes "horses" as its central theme, exploring the core life concept that "existence is rotation."
In the vast universe, rotation is the essence of all things. Through the heavy texture of oil painting, the fluid transformations of watercolor, and the delicate blending of pastels, the artist treats each work as a dynamic process of thought. The works interweave realistic horses and symbolic carousel horses representing virtual projections; the former bear the physical struggles of real life, while the latter resemble a socially conditioned illusion with a predetermined trajectory. The different expressions of these two types interact and coexist in the exhibition, reflecting our contemporary reality and the persistence to strive amidst confusion.
This is a sincere invitation for viewers to spin along with the works during the exhibition, to pause and bravely gaze amid the tension between reality and illusion, and to contemplate our current situation, future direction, and the core meaning of existence in this ceaseless rotation.
