Participants: All general public aged 17 and above in this county are eligible to register.
Registration Period: From Tuesday, February 3, 2026 to Tuesday, February 11, 2026, 09:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:00, until classes are full. Registration is not accepted on Sundays and Mondays.
