Lullaby (搖籃曲) Tiffi Delivery Children's Film Festival

The "Lullaby" Tiffi Delivery Children's Film Festival is a key program of the Taiwan International Children and Youth Festival, featuring 106 films from 45 countries screened at the喜樂時代影城高雄總圖店 (Seize the Moment Cinema Kaohsiung Main Library) and Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. The opening film, "Lullaby" by Canadian director Charles-Olivier Michaud, follows young Tịnh and her family as they flee a homeland torn by turmoil and build a new life filled with hope in Canada.
