2026 Tien Lai Sung Yun Chinese Orchestra Alumni Group (2026 天籟松筠國樂校友團)

In 2026, the Tien-Lai Chinese Orchestra Alumni Association of Taichung First Senior High School and the Sung-Yun Chinese Orchestra Alumni Association of Taichung Girls' Senior High School reunite after more than twenty years for a joint summer concert. The program features a special double-sona concerto performed by Tien-Lai alumnus and veteran sona instructor Li Chung-cheng alongside his student, newly graduated Sung-Yun alumna Wu Tung, marking a meaningful teacher-student collaboration. With alumni spanning over thirty graduating classes, this performance celebrates decades of cross-school friendship and is expected to set a new scale record for central Taiwan's Chinese orchestra alumni concerts.
