2026 International Wood Sculpture Exchange Exhibition
This year's (2026) curatorial theme focuses on "concept." Although concepts encompass profound and diverse expressions, this year we choose to regard concept as a kind of "spark" (idea), which can trigger changes in artistic form and content:
Plastic Language: Triggering changes in form, revealing new appearances.
Media Composition: Liberating media from its inherent form, generating more possibilities.
We attempt to liken this trigger to a "living source of water," injected into the unique vessel of each creator.
